I don't know everything. Someone is always coming up with a road block to happiness. I don't know why. You have to have chemistry toward each other, and you have to have things to do together that you enjoy, or it gets boring.

Afzal,
I'm very sorry, but I can't agree with your last paragraph, speaking from experience. In my case, it is absolutely true that I was instantly attracted to a man, in a sexual way, and had the most wonderful relation with him. The sex was the best I ever experienced, and we got along fine as well. We just could not live together, because we both had a mind of our own...

I am so blessed. I have been married to a man for 23 years and we are more in love today than when we married. Sex and love have grown not waviered. Our success was a three part covenant. God, Him and Me! It is like a rope braided with three strands it is harder to break.

the same...Those who can afford a divorce do so often; check the rich and famous. The longest lasting love is long distance love. It's all good. No close up quirks to irritate.

Sex is sex, and love is love. They are two seperate things that can require tow seperate emotions.
I really don't think it's fair to say that in a loving relationship, sex takes a back burner. In a loving relationship, I think sex goes hand in hand.
In a true loving relationship, sex isn't selfish, but as with everything else in the relationship, you seek to please the other.
