I left blogit and now I'm back
I joined blogit over a year ago and then left it because it was not what I wanted. I was learning things the hard way and didn't have the time to comment or read everyone elses stuff. I was and continue working two jobs a week and writing on the internet is my third with barely time for my family.

Blogit seems much tamer than it used to be and I am guessing there are not nearly as many people here as there once was. In a way that works for me because the competition was a bit too much. I wasn't making any friends and few  people were reading my stuff unless is was poetry.

Partly that was my fault because I was insisting upon posting a long story when most bloggers and readers wanted short essay style posts. I was also hard pressed to post even twice a week.

Guess what I'm saying is that I learned some lessons and am glad to be back. This time with daily posts of the essay variety. Chuckle. I'm also looking to make some good friends...

I'll leave Blogit as soon as my short novel here is
published. I have to give up my creditcard, as I shall have no use for it in Africa. All the things I buy with my creditcard will have to be paid from my account in Belgium and I don't want to accumulate debts in Belgium.

Afzal
I don't know, Blogit is not as much of an addiction for me as it used to be.
I understand your points though.

People change over time, and even less than that, people see other things
to do, or start to realize that a life style change may profit their midsections, as I have often done.  Exercising the midsection is very difficult to do while blogging, don't you know?  I hope you find a way to fix your technical glitch.
