Forgetting a lover during the silent hours of the night is very possible.
Don't allow that person to rent space in your head. Manifest your thoughts and you will manifest your destiny.
In other words: have a full glass of Merlot, take a bong hit, write some poetry, and take a sleep aid if needed. Remember what tore the two of you apart, and be thankful that you're able to recognize it so that you may move on to find the love of your life. They're out there!

First thing you should do is kick the crap out of your wife for waking you up in the first place, so that you can then start missing me, and not be able to sleep! 
Ok....you can't do that. However, I would love to, for making you lose sleep. 
Ok, I'll be good....promise. 
It's been a while now, thankfully, that I've recovered from my insomnia...so unless I am not feeling well, it is very RARE for me to lye awake in the middle of the night.
But if I did, I would likely just do what I usually do if I'm not incredibly exhausted when my head hits the pillow....lye there and look at his pic...and think about him.
