hi robdon
after reading your latest post I had to come here and find out what you were referring to. i think as with all things, it's really up to the individual as to how much they take things on board and what they will and won't prescribe to. i often look to the hidden meaning of things but just recently i've realised a lot of the things i've been dreaming about have been personal interpretations of the books i'm reading before bed - it was good in a way that i realised that, but it also means that i have to cut back on the horror/thriller genres that i love to read!

Rob,

If it helps to know you're not alone here, you're not.  I've been having hellish dreams myself of late.  I think Greenfields has the right idea.  Write this stuff down and see if it helps to bring some peace.  Later on you can always burn the note book if you like.

Keep well, Peachy.  I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh my
this is deep.  It's gret that at ;east you can let it out in your dreams.  A suggestion I could make is that before you get into bed is to write all of this down in a notebook.  Whatever you are feeling.  This will help release whatever needs to be.
