My thought processes are interesting? WOW! I have been shooting for that.

     Julia,

I am learning how this new (for me) blog thing works bit by bit but it seems to be a slow process. Maybe I'm slow, or nobody wants to share their secrets with me. Take your very nice "About Me" page , for instance. I don't know how to post one or even if it would help me meet new readers. It is probably because I have a cut-rate ISP and have to pay extra for more than 450 minutes online each month. I have very limited disposable income because the lady with whom I live has M.S. and I need to be available for her as many hours a day as possible. This limits my employment possibilities to those with very few hours a day. A job taking meals to senior citizens (2 3/4 hours daily) is what works best for me. Actually, It is the first job that I really like, in a long working history. Maybe that should read, "Don't HATE" getting up each day to do. Everyone is glad to see me each day, and they are nice, friendly, interesting people. The only thing that could make things better (given my situation) is making this blog experiment take a bit of financial worry from my shoulders. Thank you for your interest in what I have to say,  Guy

Kabu, (Interesting name) I'm just trying to make this work for us both
If I beleived in a higher being, I'd say "From your lips to his or her ears!" Unfortunately I'm underwhelmed by the numbers, so far. Whelmed, so to type. Maybe I'm doing really well as these things go, I have no idea but my own. Not always a good way to judge things because I'm very easy to fool, ask my ex-wife. I hope you enjoy what I say or how I say it. Thank you for responding, I mean it.  Guy

Why in pets? A very good question!

I began writing in "mature" but I figured that most of their readers were looking for porn. Nothing wrong with that, but nobody and I mean NOBODY read any of my stuff for four days. I knew that the "pets " stuff I write about would be more likely to catch someone's interest. There is probably another category that will work better for me, but I don't know what that category would be. I'm very new at this and I haven't been told the secret things that are likely to make people want to click on my stuff. Maybe if I start out with, "The Pope's secret love children!" or "The 'Butterfly position for fantastic SEX!"

Am I supposed to know how this works intuitively? I don't. If you have any suggestions, PLEASE give me a clue. I really want this to work. Thank you for your interest. I probably will change categories but I'll be sure to let anyone who might care, know beforehand. Thanks for caring,  Guy

You've a very interesting thought process,
sorta manic, stream-of-consciousness thinking that is on the fringe of not making sense but somehow does...I think...LOL. But why is your blog in Pets??

I'm feeling your pain I think a lot of writers visit where you are now.
