The old viral
I have just spent a week with it, and am slowly making my peace with it. I had the blood tests; nothing. Doctor says take multivitamins and take it easy. So, I will do that. Also some simple visualization exercises to boost the immune system. Get better soon!

I hope you feel better soon.I too am battling with a headcold contracted on
my sons camp last week.I also have a purple knee from falling at camp.I was feeling so miserable I found it hard to blog,wash dishes,go to work etc.Thank heavens it passes.Take care.
