Please don't give up on yourself; I keep telling myself that it's ok to slip, that it's alright to have an off-day, that as long as I keep my appointments with my therapist and take my meds, that there is a chance things will improve. Don't get a butterfly to start out. Get something more run-of-the-mill. The butterfly, while fun, can be scary for first-time toy users.

Crabby did not comment ... because she wrote a blog about pissers and moaners today... and did not wish to appear hypocritical.... as that was the basic gist of her post..... but as Crabby knows the Jemster.... and the Jemsters (well some) personal details...
