I miss that...
...feeling you described. I used to get that when I played hockey. I have some fond memories of the days when it was priority #1 in my life. Glad you had a great day, though. Maybe I'll have to dust my skates off and try to revisit that part of myself again, even if it'll never be quite what it once was...
