I agree fully with you. When a fair and reasonable trial has occured, DNA is a positive ID they should go, now not hang out on paid leave.

I am not terribly concerned about the method of execution, but these people should be dispatched to the hereafter quickly. One problem I have with the current system is that often these criminals are allowed to live for decades after having been convicted!
Of course, in this country we keep them around for the rest of their lives...

Child molesters often do not make it in prison. The blood of these people's lives do not need to be left in the hands of an angry prisoner. They need to be killed by order, with the assurance that this sort of crime does not pay... never.... we do not have children to see then buried alive.

People can be no better than animals.
I am not sure whether the best punishment is death or life imprisonment, but the problem with the latter is that it often is quite comfortable, which is wrong.

Hmnnn yes I guess DNA testing can eliminate mistakes but
for me it would have to be put them away for life......somewhere not comfortable though.

I understand what you are saying. I appreciate your feelings but I do believe in the death penalty. Particularly since we have DNA proof. I had a hard time with people being jailed or killed who did not have a fair trial, that is horrible. But when found guilty of such as this, he needs to die in my opinion.

I am a Christian and the Lord made alllowences for accidental death, he even created a community where one could escape to if he accidently killed another. But deliberate murder is taking the image of God in death and requires that life be taken as well. This man does not deserve to live.

Beyond my ability to cope. I don't uphold the death sentence
but are these mad dogs really human. Perhaps studies on their brain needs to be done so we can learn why; so we can learn how to, or if we can stop pure evil like this.
