I made it in the pressure cooker (learning how to use it), but any pot you cook rice in will do. I put half a tsp of butter and browned the walnuts, added the rice, moved it around for about 1 minute, and then added water. Then just cooked it. Hope you try it and let me knwo how it turns out. I love to walk but get quite lazy. If I can just get up, get out of the house and start the walk, all is well. It's just getting started. But, that sems to be true for many things in my life! I know what I need to do, but don't often foolow my own advice.
