Written with wisdom, compassion and experience. I was lazy to respond;thanx
for putting these words so well that I can simply quote you. I agree with 99 percent of what you say JUSTI! Keep on keeping on...I get busy and less caring, not anyone's fault but my own. Neil

I have missed you, but only thought you had a family several blogs and a job, so I am thankful when you do get here. Have a great week end.

I simply run out of time and can't get to everyone.  I wouldn't say I give up on anybody.  There are some people I don't read, because I don't care to visit certain categories just as I'm sure others don't visit me for the same reason.  I've been overwhelmed this week and haven't been able to commit much to reading or writing.  I wonder if people have perceived me as having disappeared or turned away from them?    I've missed you!  I hope all is well!

Thanks for your excellent comment. Some of the time I haven't a good comment, not to say I have a disagreeable one. Just that I may not understand or that it is such a good post that I have not sorted out an appropriate comment so I read and go on. You get the click but I don't appear to have been there. Your work is deep and it is different than where I am coming from Spiritually but we overlap in our concepts as well. Yes, perhaps women do need more show of approval than men I do not know this for sure one way or another. I do appreciate your comment.

Loved Whinge's comment, and the excellent thought-provoking post of yours. I find almost all people wonderful in their own peculiar and unique ways. To me, it is a study in itself, about the character of a person, who, in my own ways. I can discern. In the process I study myself too. And not only that, also how they have grown in this small association during our tenures at the blogit. I think women are a bit more sensitive about who came to read their contribution and who did not. I continue to read some because they appeal to me, but probably mine does not so much to them. So, to me, often reciprocation too does not much matter. But it is a wonderful place to be in, no doubt.

We agree on the most important things, mainly that's how to care.

Thank you so much for this awesome comment. Yes we may disagree, but then I would hardly want to read about myself. How can I learn without finding other points of veiw? Thank you so much for your ideas and input.

Justi, I find this level of engagement odd, but comforting.
For example, there are people I like here, who on various viewpoints I wouldn't see eye to eye, but overall, they articulate themselves well, and offer a 3 D presentation of themselves through their posts.

I've lived with enough people I don't agree with, still managed to care about them and have a relationship with them, so it only stands to reason I would apply that here also.

I've always found warmth in your posts even when you're pissed off, and possibly, you and I might not agree on certain politicals, but to me, what matters is the relationship no matter how transient, not the point of view.

If the community becomes so immature I can't read and write as I choose it is time to go.

Very well put. As far as I am concerned, there are very few people I won't bother reading, though there are some. After that, it boils down to this, and I quote you: 'I have only so much time to read and write and today I need to spend it in another place.'

That is good. If I see you I am delighted if I don't I think you have something else to do or I don't even think about your not being there.

There is no rhyme or reason to how I do things on here and I sure hope nobody takes it personally.

Thanks. It is insane to think people are going to sit and wait for me to read them or write again. You know all of us on here have other lives.
