A beautiful verse from the Qoran.
It's about time people realize that Allah is merely the Arabic equivalent of God. Just because the French call God Dieu does not mean they worship a different deity.

Amazing Stuff!
These are the type of blogs that need to be posted on the home page for all to read. Just outstanding work. I feel God is universal and there is one God for all, but described in different ways by different groups of people and the name varies through each different ethnic group. Each message varies but the message itself is the same. Keep up the good work.

Afzal - Well written and thought out. I think , basically, all people are
close to God, Allah, The almighty, The Supreme.... and as such, will hardly feel compelled to differentiate between the aforesaid as we all share the same Spirit the God, Allah,The Almighty, The Surpreme has breathed into us the day we were born.

Good post Afzal..in my opinion they are one in the same!
However, everyone's interpretation of God/Allah is different. To me God is love, light and wisdom.
