I can understand you and I do understand Islam well as one of my foster parents are muslims and I can speak the Malay Language well. And as far as I can tell, there are similarities in Christianity and Islam, yet I do not know how to explain.

I personally think all religions have violent sides to them and compassionate sides...probably because they are products of the times and men that made them....I think we should celebrate our commen humanity really and that is regardless of individual belife or in some cases lack of it....
