Man is resposible for their actions. It's things like greed and jealousy that cause people to go to war.
Not everyone is like that, it just so happens that the people in authority are. Possibly it's a learned attribute, passed down from generations of rich and selfish?
Many speak of peace and wanting the best for everyone, but if you give those people a choice and tell them that they will have to sacrifice for the good of others, they will not be eager to comply.
