Ah baberocks
Good not to be chronically dissastisfied. Again, I feel we let negative feelings overcome us. That's when we get unhappy!

Whenever I am a little bored, I think of what I really want to do that am not getting time for. I usually find something if I focus on it. I feel unhappiness comes from asking oneself the right questions.

Happiness seems to me to be a broad categorical word which embraces experiences involving anticipation, satisfaction, contentment, stillness, exuberance.. like a river sometimes surgingly obvious, sometimes serene as a lake and sometimes subterranean. It's always there waiting to be discovered or stumbled upon in unexpected moments. The more the senses are attuned to its nuances, the more frequently its found.

I am fairly happy. At least I am not chronically dissatisfied. Life is interesting

Hmm...
I think, in general, I am happy. Sometimes I think my life is perhaps a little boring, but I really can't complain. I also think that more countries should be like Bhutan and have happiness as a development goal.
