I guess they do. It is nice when people can see that somebody is having that sort of ordeal on some level at all times and needs help. A helping hand and a kind word is like a kiss and a band aid to a child it cures the worst sort of scratch.

Justi, no one will ever persuade Al Gore differently, even an expert on the
opposite side of the fence..and there are many a lot smarter than him and his cohorts....but all we usually hear is one side of the story....

I'd move anywhere, but we're best off being near his family. My
parents in law in New Jersey are having awful ice storms too.  However, it's Ohio, near my sister in law we're moving, either way, Leone's already questioned us upside down about the likelihood of tornados and such like.

Whinge
It is terrible but surely it will be gone before you get here. You should move South, we have wonderful weather. LOL

Babe
I am so sorry any of you are having to deal with this.

Great, won't tell Leone about that, by the time we get there it will be
late spring or early summer.

It looks like either way we'll be heading there sooner than we planned.  How are you Justi?

The cold here has been relentless and severe, with very little snow. This causes its own set of problems but I am not going to complain any more.

Yes I understand what you are saying. We can not repair this over night, (or ever), but the immediate need of a child or an adult is something any human being should desire to meet in whatever capacity they can. Biblical history has told of all of this for more than five thousand years. We can't stop it.

I am sorry. I know it is depressing, but I pray you do not lose power, heat or damage to your roof.

Global warming does not solely refer to the melting of the North and South Pole and ultimately world-wide warming trends. It refers also to the temperature of the ocean which has a huge impact on the severity of a storm, a tornado, a hurricane. On the West Coast we were hammered with some of the most extreme storms we’ve seen in over a 100 years. Scientists say that the actual number of storms has not increased, but their intensity certainly has. It's a wacky winter all around the country - no doubt about that!!!
