We shall all miss Barbaro, Jemmie and whomever is using his/her paws to write on behalf of Kabu. I get so angry when I think of the ways in which race horses are exploited just so you humans can make a bit of extra money (through betting, the prizes horses like Barbaro win when they win a horse race, and stud fees after stallions like Barbaro retire, for example).

Very sad indeed!
I love horses, and I HATE to see the things we humans do to them. *sigh* My heart goes out to Barbaro. What a courageous and beautiful being.

I'm with you, If only humans enmass would stop to consider our side
of their exploitation of so many of us.
