I can genuinely relate to this. I feel more vibrant than when I was reflecting on the injuries of the past. Not sure if anyone can see it though......

it seems like you are on a good path - self reflection and action. It's the begining to a new path. I like your fcuson choices. We tend to blame other people for anything bad that happens to us and don't take resposnibility. It is a beginning to take this responsibility. Then, watch the changes! Forward!!
