It would all depend on how much you really wanted to talk with the person. There is almost no one that I would stop to try to communicate with, even within a close distance if I had the time.

afzal - it would really depend on the person and my schedule, some
i would willingly let go without a murmer, some i would be willing to trail until i caught up.
