This doesn't have much to do with your current blog...but my neighbor started using the eating plan about three weeks ago...he combined it with daily exercise...and has lost 20 lbs...

TV, I live in a place where there isn't a class on anything

No aerobics, no kids ballet, nothing.  I might be the only one here doing yoga.  =)

I'm going to take a couple of days off after today.  It's been kind of hit and miss but I'm really enjoying the fact that I can run with no problems.

Congratulations on your proress...
and not to put a damper on anything, but it is best to give the body a day of rest between Yoga sessions.  This comes from an instructor at a center who would benefit from having us all there every day, so I trusted her advice.  If you don't allow the stretched muscles to heal, you could end up doing some damage.  I know you've talked about living out in the boonies, but is there possibly any fitness center that offers yoga classes?  The DVDs are great, but it's usually best to have a foundation of an actual instructor making sure your poses are done corrrectly without risk of injury.  Then once you know how it should feel, it's simple to do the exercises on your own guided by a DVD.  Just my .02.
