Many people believe that only their own followers are "right" when it comes to religion. There is even much division within Christianity itself.
My ex-boss is a born-again Christian. I can recall her telling one of the managers at the time, that she was going to hell, because she was Catholic.

THANK YOU AFZAL....IF EVERY ONE FROM DIFFERENT RELIGION READ FOR EACH
OTHER THEY WILL FIND SO MUCH SIMILAR ORDERS ..STORIES AND BELIEVES
FOR MUSLEMS ITIS MUST TO BELIEVE IN JESUS AND ALL PROFETS TO ALLOW YOU TO BE AREL MUSLEM ..MAY BE SOME CHRISTIAN NOT AWARE ABOUT THAT ..THE PROBLEM THAT SOME HAS FEAR TO KNOW OR TO READ FOR OTHER BUT WE HAVE TO DO....IN ANY FIELD IF YOU WILL NOT EXPRESS YOUR SELF OR NO ONE WILL ENTER YOUR MIND BUT ACTUALLY WE HAVE TO TRY TO ENTER EACH OTHER MINDS ..WE HAVE TO SEARCH TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE WE WILL BE ASKED IF WE SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH OR NOT ...IF WE ACT A AHUMANBEING BEFORE ANY THING WE WILL BE REALY HUMAN BEING AND HOW MUCH THIS WORD CARRY ABEAUTIFUL MEANING TOWARS THE MANKIND..

Very deep and your last sentence says it all.
It is a shame there is such diversion among mankind when in reality it appears all religions are based upon a belief in One Higher Power. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Thank you also for reading my poem and responding. I am happy you enjoyed it and took time to comment. Be well!
