Hi Afzal - I don't think I've met anyone quite that bad!

I'm afraid I have experienced such people
who try to intimidate me and make me feel even smaller than I think I am. But I know that my small heart is greater than any or all of their parts. 'Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.'

Afzal
A friend of mine – a woman – would quite frequently take advantage of me. It seemed to be a phase she was going through. If we shared a lunch, for example, without so much as a blink she would pass the bill over to me and seemed to believe “I had more money than her” so I should be the one to pay. Firstly her assumption was incorrect and secondly I found the assumption extremely rude. I limited my contact with her for a while and now… now she’s a generous person with a “life is too short” attitude. I don’t know what triggered the change but I’m glad it took place.
