I agree on all points with what Presley has to advice you on the issue .
Further, it is very hard to live a life with a man who will not be able to provide you a kind of legal status which every woman heart of hearts yearn to have . I think you have a long way to go and the society is very cruel with its norms and laws . Even though the western society doesn't bother about any marital bond as such yet it is a common practice that people look for social and legal security . I do not know whether I am sounding too conservative but what I have found is that we all in our hidden corner of our mind and heart wish to abide by decent cultures .

I agree with presley. I haven't any opinion on the guy or the state of his marriage if he is declaring he loves you, but you are vulnerable. This man has said he isn't going to leave his wife .. surely you deserve better.

I understand that you have loved and lost and that you may be reaching out to this man in vain. I just don't think this situation is healthy for you. By understanding that you have loved and lost please consider the feelings of his wife! What would happen if she were to discover this situation? He may be a wonderful human being both, comforting and charming in every way, but what rewards will you reap from carrying on with him? Please think about the future and how this can affect everyone involved!
