Hey cool, a great big thanks! It's the eyes. And the little one had a pattern on the back of his head that looked like eyes! Not only that, he could almost do a 360 with his head.

FoodDude..How beautiful and stark and startling nature can be!
In the form of birds, sand, tigers or your poetry. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a Great Horned Owl in the wild recently. He was huge! There he sat in his perch in a limestone cliffside among hundreds of pellets that once were scampering mice. ((((FoodDude)))))<he's my pal
