Avant, what a pert looking little home, got a porch for musing,
coffee drinking & scribbling.
I agree with you & your wife, dream house, and a house to inspire dreams. I wouldn't mind the drop so much with something that pretty.

Just breath-taking Avant! what a neat picture to carry with
