I elaborated a bit more in my blog
about the folly of mixing religion and science, particularly from the side of religion.

I agree with you. I have been
guilty of criticizing people's beliefs, especially regarding politics, but I've decided not to debate my beliefs on politics anymore. It's a waste of oxygen. It doesn't take a scientist to know I'm better off wasting that oxygen at the fitness club.

Perhaps it's a matter of taste and sentiment and there is no absolute trutht

I think that we are still tuned into
black and white television, forgetting that colour came to our screens over thirty years ago. That tv image reflected a world that has always had colour - we just chose to see it in black and white; on or off; right or wrong.

I especially liked this part....
Let me tell you that no body living in this world is wrong except those who are right and take other to be wrong because they are the people who are most unscientific and they are averse to seeing Truth anywhere else other than there own religion or belief .
I don't believe in anyone being wrong. I believe that some things are wrong for some people, but I think that once everyone finds what fits their thoughts and views best, they are not wrong in their beliefs.
It takes feeling a truth and understanding of one's beliefs.
