Tony, by the way, send me your pic via email and I will host it for you so

you can be more than a red cross on your 'About Me' page.

If you want.

I promise not to send it in to Readers' Wives or Britain's Most Wanted.

Tony, it's because all the dodgy Smiths fans have warmed up again after

years of being dormant.

Sometimes I forget that you've actually written a poem and end up just responding to the content.

Well done for your continued daily craft. I don't know how you do it, especially at this time of year when the deluge of tax returns fills up your office.

Better do mine. I think you might owe me some back.

Great comments, thanks! No, the Robin Reliant hasn't been seen
for a while in these parts. Maybe it's migrated?

Hi Tony
Very wittily said. But I am surprised at the vagaries....Thought these were prevalent in countries like ours and some others.

Tonyz, the entire insurance industry worldwide is a fraud of sorts..

I worked in it for a number of years, on both ends, buying and selling  - auto and Home.

Get in touch with a reputable broker who can get you half a dozen quotes from various companies, and good luck!

Sorry to hear it, but you got a great poem out of it!

Insurance rates here in Canada are based primarily on the kind of car you drive – a hot, fast car, or a humble “old-lady” vehicle. It surprised me to hear of the UK’s approach to consider where you live as well (vandalism and theft, I’m assuming). What a drag, Tony…..

Excellent and witty Sonnet Tony, I' m still laughing at its honesty and the
way you have dealt with the blatant daylight robbery these insurance sharks try to get away with, and ther've got the cheek in calling some places high risk-a what about themselves, bloody pickpockets thats what they are! This Sonnet ''defiantly'' deserves publishing. Put some egg back on their smug face's. Great write
