the biggest seducer...
in history in my opinion was Adolf Hitler.  He seduced millions of people...and also in my opinion was a product of Satan.  Now, for a prayer.  Pray for strength (to be strong enough to not be seduced) and wisdom. I think the Serenity Prayer is also good in most situations :)

interesting post. It brings to mind a verse from Psalms --
"create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within.  Cast me not away from your presence . . . ." (Quoting from memory -- I think it's from Psalm 51).

A prayer said from the heart should be just as effective.

seduction

look for grace and quality

I think that line sums up the way to avoid seduction,

Without getting into political specifics,

it seems to me that the primary tool of any successful politician is the ability to seduce -- to get people to vote the way the politician wants them to.

I think generalizations (whether women or men are more easily seduced) are not very useful. One may be more susceptible at various times, and more resistant at others - it depends pretty much on the situation, or at least that's how it seems to me.

Thanks for visiting my blogs. I appreciate your comments. :)

I have read this post twice now and still don't have a clear answer for you...I guess it all depends on your situation. I choose to be celibant(spelling) because my body is a temple of God, but I understand how other's feel about seduction and sometimes it is really hard to fight that monster...trust me...it can be really hard to walk away, but I always feel good when I do...I feel clean!

Afzal

Good post sweetie.  Seduction often involves much more than just looks or a smile.  Seduction is used a lot as actions.

I don't know that there is much that will keep us safe from the power of seduction, other than to stay focused, to know what we really want in life, to be wary of the intentions of others, and to try not to make any mistakes that may give us temporary pleasure, yet comprimise our entire life.

I've sent your email, love. Good Night, my love.
