I know the feeling, OneTime Again.
It happens to me all the time. I keep trying to remind myself to jot things down as they come to me. But far too often the thought is gone before I get to my keyboard or a scrap of paper.

Being distracted is par for the course. Sometimes I wonder
how wives and mothers get anything done but tend to others. :)
