I meant, you're.  I hate it when I do that!  hah-hah  At least I am consistent.  I tend to make that mistake a lot, but I always catch me, after it is too late.  Do you follow me?    Merry Christmas!!!!

Merry Christmas, avant.  I think your pretty great, too.

It is good to see oneself as having crawled slowly out of a pit of despair. The seeds of gratitude are sown there. Have a great Christmas yourself.

There are places here that are simply breathtaking. I can't imagine going into the woods and not seeing grand oaks or spindly maples. I hope your stay is memorable.

Avant--
that was truly beautiful. Thanks for posting it! I want to look for that book now.

I hope you are well. I knew you'd want to know that I just posted again in my Seeing Beyond blog.

After reading this story, the song "God will take care of you," popped into my head.     Merry Christmas to you and yours, Avant and blessings, too!

Beautiful story! So appropriate for the season when we celebrate 'Emmanual' - God with us. God only works through us and this awareness is the essence of co-creation in our earthly lives.

Maryland was lovely today--
I spent most of it at Great Falls Park, along the Potomac River taking pictures--never enough memory card, or time...  Some interesting shots I can't share until I get home again.

There was a blue heron, or possibly there were two...  rocks and trees, river rapids and glassy ponds...  wonderful great tall trees and the eastern woodlands I have come to miss, living in the Evergreen State.

I love stories like this, and I'm a firm believer in synchronicity along with prayer, in the 'right' person being receptive to a need.

No, just what was written in this chapter. The book itself was published in 1956, so he might be passed on by now.

What a story!
There's no such thing a coincidence.... things, timing, being at the right or wrong place at the right or wrong time happen for a reason.
