I think it is not uncommon
for the wealthy and powerful to justify their wealth and power as entitlement or reward for deeds they think have done. Generally reward for deeds is farthest from the truth, but what fun would greed be for people if they acknowledged how unholy it was? Not that I'm so holy, but I have no power so it's only my problem. Have a nice evening Afzal!

The connection is being rather difficult again. I hope I will be able to chat some, or I will be crazy. I've posted poetry for you.

This is quite interesting. I hope your night went well, or at least a lot better than mine. Hahaha. I'm getting nervous, this comment page almost didn't load. I really hope to be able to chat with you tonight. I miss & love you so much.

Maybe human nature...
...drives us to reach for the most conspicuous when the most practical would result in the greatest good. I do not think there is a religion that does not find many of its followers losing sight of the meaning behind God's message because they get caught up in the ritual at the expense of the spirit. Very thought provoking posting!
