How true that
sometimes even the most skilled or "trained" writer can produce a piece that falls flat whereas the less formally educated person might surprise us and make emotion and senses leap of the page.

Afzal-- Although I don't believe what you propose is absolute, you do make
a valid point for some literature and, especially, some grammarians. Others, such as Mark Twain, are well disciplined in grammar and punctuation but also have an "ear" for the spoken language. In other words, they follow they rules, except when they intentionally break them to create reality in their literary worlds.
