I just got on the computer about 45 minutes ago to find out that my mother downloaded the updated Internet Explorer, so I've been trying to find my favorites and fix everything that is messed up.

I'm not sure I agree with everything you've said, but in my experience, those who "choose" to live a single life, is usually because of either...
- they want to have sex with as many people as they want, without interference or commitement
- The opposite sex has proved to be a burden in their life, and they don't feel like dealing with it anymore.
- Having a commitement would interfere with their personal goals
