Think over it....What was at one time a fact, over time....it becomes history...and again over time....history becomes a myth. The seed of fact in myth is quite a possible reality, and can serve for deeper understanding of humanity, past cultures, and as a continuity from where we all came. So, it it should not be outrightly dismissed. That is how I take it.

Afzal...
As you know by my capricious and fun - loving nature, the only myths I weave about myself are factual!

Actual by definition myth is: An ancient story….. mythology; a traditional story about heroes or supernatural beings, often explaining the origins of natural phenomena or aspects of human behavior. Myths often embody an idea or aspect of our culture and thereby have the potential to teach or enlighten. I don’t think they should be dismissed as “glorifications” – they open our eyes to what might have been and what could be. Just my view.....

I mostly agree with you. There is really no "proof" that any thing or being is or ever was divine.
However, many do believe this way.
I believe that we create our own realities. If someone, or enough people actually believe in something enough, they create that reality for themselves. Does that make sense?
