We had an election yesterday and voted for district judges. I seldom interact with the court system except for jury duty and I have no idea if the incumbents I voted for are doing their jobs. I hope they are. g

Wow, Afzal ...
This is a very good post.
It is sad but true that often good laws and rules are bent to suit (often the rich and powerful) ... any judge who consciously does that is not worthy of the office he/she occupies. But even judges will be judged by one much greater than them ...No one gets away in the end.
