Thank you all.. better this morning. Cats do have a way of getting to you. I was trying to think about the essence of this, their 'catness,' and all I could come up with was furry softness and deep affection.. adorable creatures.

I lost my cat too luv. Her name was Calypso, and I miss her terribly, She died of brain disease. I nearly got one last weekend but just don't have the confidence to think of myself as a good nurturer right now. I am so sorry about your situation luv, and can relate to it from years ago, when I was about 42.
