Thanks for your kind words. A banana sandwich can be made many ways they are great. Elvis had his on white bread with peanut butter and grilled. I like them on raisin/cinnamon bread with peanut butter or on multi grain with mayo. I also like sliced pineapple sandwiches.

You're so very kind. Thank you. But, the real me is so less exciting. Perhaps it's just my ability to weave a story that has you spellbound.

Most of us have colds right now, and I am in between one and another, I'm sure. Winter brings germs and runny noses around here.

I hope your Halloween went well.

Justi, it's just other people's lives that makes it exciting. The actual

content of it might be the mundanest set of events ever, but just tell it as it is and to a stranger it becomes an exciting new world.

Just tell us what's what, that's all.

I cherish that freedom so much, Justi, because as you said, many can't

get out and walk around when they feel like it, some are working indoors all day, studying, some are disabled and can't walk. I thank God for my strong legs, to get out and enjoy the day, it's a gift and a blessing.

I'm losing more weight that way.  I put some on a little while ago, and it comes off slowly, but surely, which is the only safe way to do it, but walking is good exercise and it's my meditation and prayer time, too.

Isn't it wonderful to do as you choose with abandon in choosing where you go and when. I guess that sounds stupid but many haven't that choice because of so many things. I was just thinking I can get out anytime I will and so can you....that in itself is freedom. Be blessed.

Justi, be careful with those banana sandwiches, I hear that's what killed

Elvis, his fried banana sandwiches, lol (just kidding).  We all have different lives, for sure, it's all in the telling of the story, and ih our God-given spirit, how we express those.  I go out to the woods alone to find peace in God, and to the coffee house to find good company already there, for example.

God bless and have a wonderful evening.

Banana sandwiches are great just mayo and banana or raisin/cinnamon bread with peanut butter and banana. Elvis ate his grilled, banana and peanut butter on white bread, now I can't go there but whole grain and peanut butter is good. Pineapple slices and mayo is good too. You can see I am in need of friends, a pool (indoor) this time of year or bridge and I haven't any time left.

Justi, my dear, I was giggling over your entire blog but then cracked up

when I read the last paragraph -- banana sandwich?  bowl of prunes????  What all goes on a banana sandwich???  My mom often served peanut butter with bananas and honey on toast -- is that the same as what you eat???

Justi - I was actually just thinking the same thing while browsing some

bloggers.  Some have really exciting lives... I do think mine is exciting but when I read about other peoples lives I realize how much the world has to offer.  Good post!
