My view is that anything that you hold in your mind is prayer
The universe (or god if it pleases you) manifests what we hold in our thoughts. For me, that's prayer. If you hold kind thoughts, love, your goals, that's what you are praying for. If you hold mean thoughts, hate, worry, that's what you are praying for.
