I thank you for the encouragement. My writing comes from my heart. It does my heart good to know I touch one's life in hopefully a positive way. I appreciate your comments!

Hi again Bhaskar-
I really like to hear from my Eastern friends to learn how Namaste is used in daily life. You are a blessed light one, Bhaskar! Thanks for the comment!

Hi cee
I quite liked the presentation of the write-up. Very nicely done. In India when two people met they greet each other with a "Namaste", meaning "His Name Is". In every little walk of life if one can associate Him, is the idea.

Hi Sannhett-
Thanks for stopping by. Being gluten-free takes some education about what are tricky words which mean "gluten." My daughter has been gluten free for a year now and is so much better. It seems rather daunting to begin with. It's hard to attend potlucks or travel because you had better take your own food. We are finding more and more restaurants have gluton free menus and are aware of cross-contamination. There are a lot of celiacs out there. Cee

Cee -
An enjoyable blog about "Namaste". And thanks for the info on the Namaste company, from one recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance.

thank you, Greenfields
I appreciate knowing I didn't slaughter the intent of namaste. It is a univeral topic or should be, simply good manners and an acknowledgement in the divine that your paths should cross. Namaste!

Sicne I am from the land of Namaste, I want to compliment you on this blog. Well done. In India we use it as a greeting, with folded hands, when we either meet someone or are parting company.
