MandaLee, I can't cook it until I make a trip to the store.  Right now, I don't have the canned soups.  The only thing that I wish I could get here to add to it instead of the jalopenos is New Mexico frozen green chili's.  They are absolutely wonderful in recipes like that.  But the canned ones don't have the same wonderful flavor.

MandaLee, Where do you find Mexican Chickens when you live in the MidWest?   This sounds quite tasty.  I really the SW flavor.   I have lots of fresh, home-grown jalapeno peppers to chop and layer in with the rest of it.
