laughing loud is good for heart, and for a stressed man,
I laugh and cry according to my mood, but I ask my friends to laudh when I worry that they are going through hell, the idea is make them forget about everything and just let them relax. It's a typical rehab idea for the one who went through tough life. My friends know that I ask them laugh, specially while I am far away from them, and knowing that I can't face and feel their pain and give comfort, I almost feel miserable. So for the peace of mind, I tell them that I want them to laugh loud for me, but I mean I want them to be stress free atleast even a moment while they are on phone with me. I love people to be happy. I love people to be strong. If they are my friends, I try hard to make them happy. Some time it's not the best for me, but I try, because that's the way I am. oops, I took almost a blog space, sorry brother.

Afzal, good post.  What would we do without laughter and tears?  I have done my share of both and probably have been the cause for both in others.

I'm a traditionalist; laugh when I'm overjoyed; cry when I'm hurting.  Hope you're enjoying time with your mom.  Peace to the family,  Melody

My love, mostly I laugh at everything I can. It keeps me as posative as possible.  That's why I try to find humor in the kids and in life, when I can.
I don't cry often. It's become something that's really hard for me.  I do however cry a little becauase I'm missing you.
I knew you couldn't call, my SMS's say they aren't going through. So if you read this in the near future, know that everything is ok, and I will talk with you whenever you return.
I love and miss you. Take Care.

laughter vs tears
I need to cry for my mom as I am starting to feel the ailments because of the lack of tears.  I can always have a good laugh but without the tears and shedding of the hurt the ailments remain
