I'm not offended and I had a great childhood - thanks for asking. My point was that people like you and I register some tough posts. We get some tough responses. But we don't ALL go and hypocritically cry about those responses in the 'journal' section. Basically, if you dish it out you have to be able to take it...

Was that comment to anything like your ugly post yesterday accusing the right of being unable to think? What are you doing judging American politics? I have not been judging your Cambodian methods. That has been done! Abusive? You were the first to show no civility toward Americans and Democracy. It is fine with me if you want to be a Socialist or Communist but stop making your evaluations against our democracy unless you expect to get some equally ugly response. Did you have a bad childhood? You are incredibly easily offended for someone who espouses bitterness on all fronts.

I remember my first post on Bloggit. You were one of the earliest people to respond. After making a completely reasonable point you chose, for reasons that I never understood, to finish your comment with: 'Get a book learn to read!'
That's when I realised that Bloggit could be a potentially abusive medium...

I find that when I take time to do that, nothing here bothers me. I have blocked some, deleted some, but we have to do that in real life as well my friend.

Peace is precious -- i'll agree with that...
but I don't think it's free. Our neighborhoods are patrolled by police officers, there are people who would take and don't mind hurting others to get what they want. Soldiers are in harm's way to protect our peace. I'm grateful to them, and hope they will come back to a life of peace and tranquility. :)

There are in fact all shapes and sizes in here
and how true that over a period of time you can almost shape in your mind’s eye the character and physical appearance of a fellow blogger by reading their work. It is, after all, the most revealing form of introduction. Maybe you should just stay clear of the ones that cause you to “mull” too much.

I'm a muller, too, Justi, and a muser, too.
Mulling isn't just for apple cider, I think, some things take time to process, let ideas blend and ripen.
I am striiving more for graciousness as a goal, like you and Muser, and let the ugliness be, because ugliness if a good word, it sums up all kinds of things. I think I'll just let things be as they are, I'm not going to change the world, or other people, except maybe by putting some beauty into it, if I can.
On the other hand, sometimes I sitll want to speak my mind, and say what feels right, but I hope to do more mulling first. I'm going to go back to sleep, it's late. Have a good evening.
