Afzal,
The cliche goes: "Jack of all Trades, Master of None"! People fear the unknown for many reasons is my guess! And people are not willing to accept the failings of others. Your friend's age sort of puts him in the category of committed to his way of life! Nice story, but I would probe deeper  before I judge!

liberty to marry four times in my life and if I am able to afford without putting into inconvenience any of the spouse let me put it on record that you are going to be my third and last wife .

Sweetie, You are absolutely correct . Marriage is a commitment and
and great responsibility . Only men and women with guts and courage do enter into matrimonial tie otherwise most men and wome want to live a free noncommitted life . They want to be free from any shakles . God says you be honest and truthful and I will help you . God does help people who are really sincere about carrying responsibility . Thanks.

Not a lot, but maybe smarter, as there are too many miserable married people, why make someone else miserable if you are a miserable person

I think that people don't marry for many reasons.  Not having been married, I can't really speak of the differences much. But here, men often don't marry because they don't want a "serioius" commitment.  They just want to play with whomever they want, whenever they want.

Others don't want the burden of having to answer to anyone.  There is many many reasons.

Hi afzal, your good friend Anwar Jaffar sounds like he as been blessed with a free spirit. I have had the pleasure of meeting one or two people blessed in this way on my travels. Responsibility and fear of failure is often the reason for their blowing with the winds but not winds of change, their hearts always remaining the same. I am sure you know they are trusted friends. Good luck and thank you. I enjoyed your interesting subject as always.  Mike
