I think it's a con! From its leaves one can be pretty sure that that seedling is from Quercus quercus, the common European, Asian and New World oak.
As everyone knows " Mighty oaks from little acorns grow", and acorns aren't that tiny! So, if this guy walked around for days with an acorn lodged in his naval base, then he's got something seriously wrong with his nervous system Maybe he's a Dead End Kid.A rather alarmingly hirsute kid into the bargain!
Or more likely, a descendant of Baron Munchausen.

Oh, gross! I've gone camping alot.
I've never been anywhere that you couldn't take a bit of a bath in a nearby lake or stream each day. I usually take gallons of fresh water so I can brush my teeth too. There's no reason to allow yourself to get that filthy.
I notice that it's a MAN.....
