Azfal- This question brought a chuckle...and I know it IS a serious subject
When my niece was about four, she would get so frustrated, especially when ANYone told her to
do something or
not to do something. She would say, with clenched teeth, "Don't TELL me that!!" I have equated the two things synonymously ever since.
I guess if YPunday's picture is supposed to be a relaxing yoga position, I get it. But if it is otherwise, as you imply, it makes me laugh, releasing all tension.
To keep frustration away, just say, "Don't tell me that!" and wrap your legs around the back of your head while wearing a thong. Works every time!

charice, Never feel depressed over anything in life as
because nothig is more important than life itself . You have to live first to face everything in this world . Frustration is a slow poison.

Depends on the level of frustration. Depends on if it is self or outside self. Depends..I typically deal with it and move on!!

Your comment is right on time. I just got through reading my email and Ebay suspended my account indefinetly for no reason. My account was suspended for 5 months, just got reinstated last week suspended this past monday and the representatives said that they can not give out any specific reason why my account was suspended because of Ebay policy they are not liable to discuss that information with me and that they will stand by their decision to keep it suspended indefinitely and if I write them again, I will not get a response. I was devasted, of course. This is my livelyhood. I thoroughly enjoy being an entrepreneur . And I ask them what is it that I need to do to resolve this situation. The people in the Trust & Safety wrote an email asking me not to write back b/c from now on they will not respond. My account will remain suspended indefinitely. So, yes, your post is a positive on and very uplifting at my time of need. How did I fight off this frustration. Well, I decided to leave my environment, move elsewhere and get a regular 9 to 5 job until an opportunity to pursue my passion opens up again. Thank you so much, I really needed to read this at this moment. STAY POSITIVE!

Good post!

Though, one isn't born with negativity...it's a thing that one is raised with. When someone is raised to feel like they aren't as good as everyone else, it becomes ingrained, and it's really hard to break out of that.
Self-esteem takes a direct hit, and makes life very difficult.

Very well said. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Frustration actually, can be strength --giving to the one strong and make one to succumb if weak. The secret lies in one's ablity to forbear, withstand the onslaught without complaint or blame, and then hit back to frustrate Frustration.
