Mysteria, I don't know why my attitude on food has changed
If I knew and could write it down, I could make some money. Part of it is the upward spiral. I'll post about it.

The 3-on-3 was fun...
after the half season it took for me to get back into any kind of playing shape. It happened about the same time the hook shot came back and I started to be able to hit treys again. I guess it all works together.

Walking is great exercise!
And a little 3 on 3 would be a fun way to move.

It's interesting to see that you're on a regular fitness regimen.
I hate to think what trying to run or lift weights after all these years would do to me. I do walk a lot since my car crapped out over a year ago, but I know it's not the same. I walk eight miles round trip to the grocery store because I have to if I want to eat. I think the three-on-three basketball I started playing a couple of years ago better fits the idea of regular exercise.
