From and outsider looking in..........
A lot of what is in the forefront here is strange - I'm reading, thinking, "What a bunch of fucked-up people." Just a first impression - I know there are many, many, talented, interesting, sane, creative, funny, enourmously gracious people here, but geeze............... there is enough of a weird, clique-y, negative vibe  that I canceled my subscription. (Yes - I haven't written much, but I have been reading.)

Actually, I think it's very good for us to take a break from blogit
from time to time to refresh ourselves.....but I do hope you will come back......and maybe when you do, the bickering will have subsided..

Julia
I've decided to stay and continue honing my skills. I'd like for you to stay, but I do understand if you leave. I really enjoy reading you and interacting with you. You have integrity.

I hate to see you go, but if you find another place to write please email me and let me know because I will miss you.

Hey Julia (quirky)
I was just dropping in to say hi to some old and friendly faces but it looks like it's that time of the month for blogit again! At least you know the cycle won't last! Hope to see you again soon.

Julia

I am reposting because you have probably noy read it:

When the doors of happiness closes, another opens. But often we look so long at the closed door that we don’t see the one which has just opened for us and we miss the moment.

We all love you. Feel blessed, because depression too can and does have its own blessings. I know it'll be difficult for one to understand when one is in depression, but it is so. The lower you go in your feelings, the higher you emerge in life , as more polished, more mature. That is an unbreakable law. It is as refreshing a feeling as taking a bath after days of traveling in the desert

Hope this is only a break Julia...

I understand and you gotta do what you gotta do, but please come back at some point - you have a readership here and would be sorely missed if you didn't return.

Wishing you the best whatever you decide.

I wish you'd reconsider, Julia...I'll miss you!!  However, if you feel you need to leave for a while, do what is right and best for you.  Please come back soon, though...Please????...

I’m completely in the dark as to what negativity or “drama” you’ve been subjected to but I’m sorry it’s left such a sting upon you.  Ignorance is bliss.   I’ve enjoyed reading your thoughts and your work.

Please do what you feel is right
but let it be known that Mr. and Mrs Tanga will sorely miss you

Julia, Do you want to show that bloggers are afraid of criticism and
quit. No, I don't think you will quit and stay of the ring for very long . Champions are champions they never loose heart.

Julia-
I trust you to do what's best.  I hope you have a great break, and you will be greatly missed

...yes, I understand that feeling.. it's hard to stay positive when
people bicker over petty nonsense... that's part of the reason I quit reading so much lately... I have always enjoyed your posts and hope that you return when things are better... may the peace and love of the cosmos be with you....

Julia.,

I really hope you will reconsider.  I understand exactly what you mean, since I hate conflict myself, it's  upsetting.  Can you take a day and think about it?  Sometimes it really helps to take a little break, assess the good v. bad on Blogit.

There are a lot of good, caring, kind people here, and if you go, we've lost another one, which in a sense, means the "battling bloggerss" have won, and their machinations and calculations have succeeded in driving away yet another oustanding writer, which is, I belive, what it's intended to do.

"Power corrupts and absolute power tends to corrupt absolutely".  It's sad that anyone could consider Blogit "abolute power" but I think it's tended to corrupt.  Please stay.

I didn't drop in often

mainly because the time I can spend in Blogitland is limited. But whenever I did, I came away with something, even if I didn't leave a comment.

I wish you well, Julia, and hope you will be back some day!

Bye-Bye again.  You didn't stay long this time.   I hope you will be back.

I'm with MaggieMae! Don't go!

I know how much the bickering here can bring a person down.  That's why I tend to stick to my little group of blogs that I read regularly.  And I find myself shying away from all blogs that use the word "blog" or any of its variations simply to get clicks since I've noticed those tend to be the people who get into the drama here on Blogit.

Please don't go Julia!  How will Rocky update us on his new life with your mom!?

Julia, please reconsider.  I know that everyone who matters cares very much whether you stay or go.  I know that I missed you between moves and I will surely miss you if you go.  I love seeing you around, reading your comments and, most of all, your blogs.  I love to hear about Baby Quirky and your Furby's - you just can't leave us.
