Whoa!
I'm going to need to take a closer look at my caffeine intake as relates to my depression and anxiety. Perhaps I'll need to give up caffeine! only thing is, being that I am addicted, I'll go through some serious withdrawl . . . and that's just not fun! Been there, done that.

I've noticed I get sadder on the days when I drink coffee,
or maybe when I am sad (pretty much half of the month), I want to drink coffee. It's like the two lovers I can't live without.
