I'm on a fruit juice diet Ariel, my hourglass figure was just turning into
a glass of the tumbler variety figure, and till my waist is more discernible (about another week's worth) no more solids till then (aside from the muffins I snuck a couple of times this week).
Then it definitely be some of your salads, I like my zing too both in food and in appearance (lol).
I eat everything and love strong flavours and spices (crazy hot ones) in all foods, except regrettably much as I love cheeses I can't take the moldy ones (allergy).
I'm not educated in wine either, but always end up choosing the good 'uns, I've a pretty good palate I'm told for a clueless philistine.

I would love both or either of those salads...
and applaud the fact that they are also healthy, good for the heart. I have to go now. I just remembered I have those ingredients -- and some green peppers -- just waiting for the Ariel Treatment. :)

How to be a Great...
Don't worry Ariel I have a bad foot and I no longer wear heels. Besides that I move slowly because I have short legs, so I won't pass you. Besides your sense of humor will slow me down 'cause I will be too busy laughing to do much writing.
Yes I think you are correct about Ninevah, should be Nineveh. So many of the Biblical names get different spellings in different Bibles and I do not remember even thinking about the spelling, so thanks!

Excellent salad ideas, Ariel !! Lots of organic fruits and vegetables are available here in town now, so I try to use as many as possible, including kiwis.

Tell Lady Ariela
That herbs have many healing qualities and you are only trying to keep both of you healthy. These sound wonderful!
