I balance my time. I am retired, I have no children at home and my husband is still working so I have plenty of time to blog. I do not give it the time I should give to something else. Good post.

self-conscious
my daughter resents the time I spend on the computer but this is my way to communicate to the outside world and hers is in her cell phone. she has a new appendage connected to her ear and that is of her cell phone.

In my business life, I have to be a little self conscious about my image. But, I do not want to be self conscious when it comes to my writing. That is the whole point for me.....I have to be totally real with my thoughts and expressions and tell my story....even if it offends someone....that is not my intent of course, but if you are real and raw in your writing....you will run into offending someone sooner or later and the biggest thing is dealing with people being in judgement of you......but I got over that a long time ago. I don't want people to think bad of me, but I have to tell my story....and if you have read any of it yet....you know that I'm no Mary Poppins!

Yes, it's good to be self- conscious
For the past 7 years I put my needs and wants on the backburner. I helped people when I needed help myself and those people didn't appreciate it. Bottom line is that you are working on something that you love doing. The only people who understands are people who have like interest and people who have projects their working on themselves. Everyone is on the same page -SUCCESS! For the first time in my life, I'm not seeking emotional support from anyone about the projects I'm working on. They don't understand and I feel that its quite selfish of them if people are happier when your broke, hurt, or not working on your passion. As long as you don't put people down by bragging its o.k. to focus on you. Recently, I had a business to collapse b/c of lack of family support. I was angry for about a month or so. Then I promised myself that the next business venture I'll pursue I will keep my mouth shut! Sometimes people's negativity hinders your present and future if you're not careful. -my opinion- angelle

I dont know the most self conscious blogger, but I am a very
self conscious person and always have been. Even though I have now lost over 200 lbs. I am still very self conscious over the way I look and I guess I always will be. Even when I was very young and small I still was self conscious over the way I looked even though people who see me, compliment me often I for some reason just can't take it to heart. Thanks for your blog.
